For specific tube processing, the company recently installed two automated production cells for tube bending, equipped with ABB mechanical hand robots and lengthwise bead tracking and automatic start-up positioning in a processing line with numerically controlled BLM tube bending machines, automatic travel, barfeeding, shearing machines for solid and hollow tubes, tube flaring and boring lathe machines.
Semi-automatic
All materials are delivered to this department complete with a quality certificate from the supplier; however, the materials undergo dimensional and structural control checks in the metrology lab before processing to guarantee total quality on all products and throughout the whole productive process.
